Our Stories

Stefanie

Stefanie’s story proves that life can knock you down, but you get to decide if you stay there. She grew up in an abusive home, sometimes without food or running water, and often felt invisible. At 13, after an overdose at the hands of her father, she died and came back to life. Later, she was told she’d never have children, never be smart enough for university, and then lost her son in 2016 to something rare.

However, Stefanie didn’t let life break her; instead, she chose to rise. She became a proud mom to a healthy daughter—shocking the doctors who said it wasn’t possible. She started out as a virtual assistant, working with top companies and learning the ins and outs of business. At the same time, she was on maternity leave, determined to build a life at home with her daughter.

With a background in PR and media relations, Stefanie saw firsthand the power of storytelling. So she created Diamond Media as a place where real stories—messy, raw, and powerful—could finally be seen and heard. She wanted to build more than just a business; she wanted to create an impact across radio, magazine, and TV that proves chaos is the beginning of something incredible, not the end. In 2021, she was named Most Inspirational Woman by Mo2vate Magazine.

Stefanie’s mission is simple: to show that even the darkest chapters can become the brightest stories, and that your journey has the power to inspire and change the world.

Chelsea

Chelsea joined Stefanie as a VA and quickly became an essential part of the journey. She’s often behind the scenes—handling the numbers, keeping things running, and fiercely protecting the mission.

Chelsea is Stefanie’s biggest supporter and isn’t afraid to get fiesty when people doubt or underestimate them. She believes that breaking points are actually breakthrough moments, and she lights up when she sees people who’ve felt unseen finally step into their power.

Chelsea’s heart is with the underdog—she loves seeing those who’ve been overlooked finally get their moment to shine. She’s the best business and life partner Stefanie could ever ask for: loyal, passionate, and always ready to fight for what’s right.
